I would recommend this University for its excellent research environment.
My selection process did not require me to write exams. The visa interview was easy. I flew by Air India. I would call the experience moderate as we were not provided with student concessions. I landed at the Heathrow airport. We were allowed to carry a baggage and a hand baggage. The immigration was swift and hassle-free. The University did not offer a meet and greet service at the airport.
The professors were friendly and helpful. The research environment was conducive and supportive. I would say that my overall learning experience was very good.
I lived in a private accommodation. I used to take a public bus to the University. The social scene was very vibrant, friendly and helpful. The nightlife was great. The weather gave cause to complain; as it was cold and harsh.
Located in Scotland.
